Central and easily accessible
The Boutique Hotel Goldenes Lamm is located in the center of Villach, directly on the main square and close to the Drau. Thanks to its central location, you can reach our house very quickly.
In front of the house is the lively main square with numerous cafés, restaurants, cozy guest gardens and stores. To the side is the driveway via Gerbergasse and behind it a quiet inner courtyard.
All windows are noise protection windows and provide additional peace and quiet.
Thanks to its central location, the “Goldene Lamm” is the perfect starting point for a city or business trip. A pedestrian bridge leads you to the Congress Center on the opposite bank of the Drau. The main train station and bus station are just a 4-minute walk away. The Drau cycle path is almost directly next to our house.

Thanks to our central location, you can reach our hotel by (almost) any means of transportation. Villach main station and the bus station are just a short walk away.
Discover the Villach region – without a car! Thanks to the excellent mobility offer and the included Erlebnis Card of the region, you can explore the most beautiful hiking trails, bathing lakes and sights of the region during your stay in a comfortable and environmentally friendly way.
PS: Simply show us your ticket when you check in at reception. As a small thank you, you will receive a seasonal herbal mixture from Irene’s Kräuterkisterl. Are you traveling by bike? You can easily lock it in our secure, lockable bicycle garage. Of course, you will also be rewarded for arriving by bike!
Car and parking (with e-charging station)
After a few minutes you can reach us or you are on the main highways (A10 and A2 – Villach junction) in the direction of Salzburg, Italy and Slovenia. You can reach our address “Hauptplatz 1” via the driveway at Gerbergasse 4.
Subject to availability, our guests have access to paid parking spaces in the courtyard (fee € 12.00 per day/car, € 6.00 per day/motorcycle). Reservations are not possible. We also offer the option of charging your electric car safely and conveniently in the courtyard.
Opposite is a short-term parking zone which can be used free of charge from 6 pm to 8 am.
The parking garage “Parkhaus Zentrum” in Hausergasse is only a four-minute walk away. It is open around the clock and can be used for a fee of currently € 12.00/24h.
