Our room facilities and interesting facts
Whether on a business trip or a family vacation – we have the right room for you. Our offer ranges from modern single rooms with a spacious work area to comfortable double rooms, triple and four-bed rooms and suites, on request with a balcony or view of Villach’s historic main square. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, flat-screen TV and telephone. Our fast WLAN is also available free of charge.
State-of-the-art bathrooms: All our rooms have newly renovated bathrooms with shower, WC and hairdryer. Three rooms even have a bathtub. Our tip: ask for this explicitly when booking.
Clean rooms: Cleanliness is the basis for you to feel completely at ease. That’s why we clean your room every day.
Tea/coffee set: Tea or coffee at any time of day or night? With pleasure. We offer a free tea/coffee set in our rooms: you will also find a glass water bottle.
Non-smoking rooms: All our rooms are non-smoking rooms. Smoking out of the room windows is also strictly prohibited. Please note that a fee of € 350 will be charged for any violation.
Check-in and check-out times: All those who like to arrive early can look forward to it: on your day of arrival, you can check into your room from 2 pm. Your departure is also stress-free. After a hearty breakfast, you can check out until 11 am. So you can start your journey home relaxed.
Children stay free of charge: Our youngest guests stay free of charge in their parents’ bed up to the age of three. From the age of three, we take the liberty of charging 12 euros per night for the parents’ bed. We are also happy to provide you with a crib in your room for just 18 euros per night.

When can I check in and out?
You can check into your room from 2 pm on your day of arrival. Check-out is possible until 11 am. This gives you enough time for a relaxed departure after breakfast.
Are there cribs in the rooms?
We are happy to provide you with a crib for an additional charge.
Do children stay overnight free of charge?
Children up to three years stay free of charge in their parents’ bed. From the age of three we charge a surcharge of € 12 per night.
