Sustainability is a top priority at our hotel in Villach – not only in the hotel, but also on your arrival. We focus on environmentally friendly solutions and invite you to support us in this.

Conscious use of energy

• Lights off – Turn off all lights when leaving the room.
• Fresh air smart – shock ventilation instead of permanent tilt position: open windows wide for 3-5 minutes, then close them again. This saves heating energy in winter and keeps the heat out in summer.
• Save water – turn off the tap when you don’t need it and report leaking taps. Every liter saved saves nature and energy.

Waste & waste separation

• Waste separation made easy – recycling stations can be found on the 1st floor and in the bicycle garage in the inner courtyard. Please dispose of paper, glass, cans, organic waste and hazardous waste (e.g. batteries) correctly.
• Avoid before recycle – We pay attention to minimal packaging, especially at breakfast. Leftover food is passed on to ARGE SOZIAL.

Sustainable comfort

• Minibar & snacks – No electricity-guzzling minibars in your room. Instead, our hotel bar is available to you around the clock. On request, we can put a minibar in your room free of charge.
• Care products – refillable dispensers instead of disposable packaging. If you don’t want to do without hotel amenities, you can get our amenity box for your stay at reception.
• Bed linen & towels – change as required: Hang up laundry or place on the bathroom floor.
• Digital information – all information online, invoices by e-mail.

Environmentally friendly energy

We heat with environmentally friendly district heating and are working on setting up our own photovoltaics system to generate even more clean energy.
